THE MIRROR

Gothenburg 2018

I sat silently with closed eyes praying holding a big mirror in front of me in my arms.

I was convinced I was overly clear in my message that the only religion we permit is our narcissism, but almost two hundred comments in a thread on Facebook proved me ”wrong”. A person had taken a photo of me and placed it in a group called ”What is happening in Gothenburg?” and added the question ”What was this all about?” The comments were about calmness, serenity, silence, stress and mental illness. Some were written with a lot of sarcasm “well she sat there because the madhouse was closed” but most of them were very respectful.
